Who are we?
The Manchester Young Carers Group are a small group of committed young carers in Manchester, with the intent and motivation to help and support other young carers in the city. We do this by informing professionals on how to better improve services for young carers and the people they care for, represent young carers at events and meetings, empower young carers to get involved and make a difference in their community, and much more.

OUR CAMPAIGN - BE BOTHERED (AND TRANSITION)
Our current campaign, Be Bothered, aims to help ease the stress of being a Young Carer. We're happy to team up with anybody who believes the unheard Young Carers deserve and are entitled to full support.
A branch of the Be Bothered campaign is transition. CLICK BELOW TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE WORK WE ARE DOING ON TRANSITION |
We aim to get young carers’ voices heard in Manchester, and we aim to improve the lives for all young carers in Manchester. Manchester Young Carers Group is entirely youth led, as we believe this is the best possible way to ensure the youth have a voice and a direct say in how Manchester Young Carers Group is ran, its plans and its organisational structure.
